  • Service availability may vary based on weather conditions, vehicle condition, and scheduling.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments are required and can be booked online or by phone.

  • Please arrive on time or have your vehicle ready at the scheduled time.

  • Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or shortened service time.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All pricing is subject to change based on vehicle size, condition, and requested add-ons.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • Deposits may be required for premium services such as ceramic coatings or paint correction.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.​

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please remove all personal items and valuables from your vehicle prior to your appointment.

  • Starz Details is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left inside vehicles.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are unsatisfied with your detail, please notify us within 24 hours.

  • We will make every effort to resolve the issue through re-service or adjustments.

  • Refunds are only considered in rare cases, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

7. Liability

  • While we take the utmost care with every vehicle, Starz Details is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • Services such as paint correction and ceramic coating carry inherent risks; results may vary based on vehicle condition.

8. Privacy

  • Your personal information is collected only for scheduling and communication purposes.

9. Changes to Terms
